The 9-minute film is constructed with a series of interviews with Nausheen Ahmed. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, where women’s liberties are restricted, Nausheen sought inspiration from a Bollywood actress to pursue her goal of becoming an actress. After immigrating to the United States, Nausheen embraced her freedom, flourishing identity and career. The film is intercut with a portfolio of her work as a model/actress. The short takes a sobering turn when she discusses the heartbreak of a relationship, where the man desired her identity to be caged once again.
